Our wedding cake was honestly one of the biggest highlights of our wedding! Gabby is exceptional - not only as a baker, but also just as a person. Our experience picking up a cake tasting box, brainstorming designs with Gabby, seeing her setting it up at our reception, sharing the delicious cake with our guests, and eating the leftover slices weeks after our wedding day was amazing. I had a loose idea of what I wanted our cake to look like, and she executed something better than I could have ever imagined. We got so many compliments on our cake! I've truly never had better tasting cake - and the fact that it's vegan is the cherry on top (pun intended)! Highly highly recommend!!

Gabby was a dream to work with! We ordered a small custom design cake for our wedding day. I loved the sampler box where we got to choose our favorite flavor. The triple chocolate espresso is PHENOMENAL. I'm drooling just thinking about it. Delivery was seamless and the cake looked great. Would 1000% recommend.

Gabby from Gabby Bakes absolutely nailed our wedding cake, and I’m still not over it. We’re a very nontraditional couple, and I wanted our wedding to reflect that. Cute, tasty, different, and super memorable, but still classy (lol). I sent Gabby a few inspiration photos and the flavor we wanted, and she immediately understood the assignment. When we picked up our test cake, we shared it with friends and family and everyone was obsessed. The flavor was unreal. My mouth still waters thinking about how good it tasted. For the wedding, we wanted a statement rectangle cake, 4 layers, and I wanted it to be LOOONNNGGG. Gabby ABSOLUTELY KILLED IT. I’m not even exaggerating when I say I was more excited about the cake than anything else on my wedding day. It was 32 inches and it WOW’d everyone. It was bold, beautiful, and executed perfectly. I’ve always been impressed by Gabby, but this really reminded me she is truly amazing at her craft. On top of that, she’s such a sweet, caring person and it shows in the way she treats people and the way she creates. She deserves all the success, and I’ll always support her. Currently trying to think of a reason to order another cake, lol. BEST WEDD

Gabby Bakes is truly unmatched. She was one of the only vendors from our wedding that we fully trusted from start to finish, and that peace of mind was priceless. I never had to worry, follow up, or troubleshoot anything — there were zero issues the entire process. We’ve worked with Gabby before for our engagement shoot and my wife’s birthday cake, so choosing her for our wedding was an easy decision and she exceeded our expectations yet again. The cake itself was absolutely stunning and tasted even better. I genuinely cannot stop thinking about the espresso ganache... wow, it was that good. Not only was the cake beautiful, it was executed perfectly and tasted incredible. We are loyal Gabby Bakes clients for a reason and cannot recommend her highly enough.
